Finding Joy in Everyday

#JoyHopeLive {29}

Let’s talk linkups this week. What makes a good linkup? What are some of the features in other linkups that make you come back week after week?

There are many ways you can utilize the #JoyHopeLive linkup and make it worthwhile for everyone.

  1. Tweet out your link with a short description and hashtag #JoyHopeLive. Use tweetdeck.twitter.com to monitor the #JoyHopeLive hashtag and retweet or comment on the tweets whenever it is used.
  2. Follow the #JoyHopeLive pinterest board and love, comment, and/or share other pins.
  3. Make sure to add your link to the Facebook thread as well as to the linkup. This makes it easier for everyone to share. To make it even easier to share, earn klout, and network with one another add the link to your original Facebook post where you have shared your link. I’ve added one of mine as an example.
  4. Visit the other links and comment. #JoyHopeLive {27} featured a great post about how to effectively leave comments.

This Week’s Featured Post

This week’s featured post is An Illness Took Me on an Unexpected Detour, but I embraced it: I #lovemydetour from Amy Oestreicher. We all experience detours in life. Amy turned her’s into a beautiful story of patience and determination. My favorite line from her story is, “But this detour also turned out to be the richest time in my life. To this day, I’m still healing physically and emotionally. Every morning, I make a new attempt to find who I am and to discover who I am becoming.” Be sure to visit her site and share your own detours. Thank you Amy for sharing your heart and your strength. It is truly beautiful.

Here is a recap of my week:

Being momentarily happy and possessing an internal authentic joy in the face of difficult circumstances are two very different things. I believe it is the little moments of happiness that help shape and prepare us for the difficult life circumstances we all face. My question is what do you do in your everyday that brings you happiness and fosters a deep found joy in your life?

By linking up, you agree to the following rules:

1. Add a link that captures how you Find Joy in the Everyday. It can be a craft, book review, personal story, etc. Just make sure it captures joy. Do not link up other link parties or product reviews. 2. Tweet or share on Facebook your link with #JoyHopeLive (this makes it simpler for me to give you a retweet and comment). Each week we add the posts to a pinterest board. Go love and share some pins. I just shared my post on the #JoyHopeLive linkup and so can you! Click To Tweet 3. Comment on the posts you love and the two directly before yours. Be sure to include #JoyHopeLive when you do so they know where you found them. 4. Grab the button!
