The summer is flying by to quickly. I’ve barely touched my Summer Bucket List. We just wrapped up Vacation Bible School which was a big success. If you’re an organizer for your church’s VBS next year I highly recommend Elements of Trust. Our kids loved all of the science experiments and Bible lessons.
Right now there is a July photography challenge going on with a new prompt every Wednesday. It’s a great way to find new people on Instagram and share your photography skills. I hope you will join us in addition to linking up your blogs here on our weekly #JoyHopeLive linkup. After you linkup be sure to come back on Friday to vote on your favorites. The top one will be featured on next week’s linkup.
So here’s my roundup of blog posts since our last linkup:
Book Reviews & Giveaways
Read my interview with Cynthia Ruchti and enter to win a copy of As Waters Gone By. Every friday this month I will be giving away one of her books and diving in a little deeper to what she has to share. I’m taking the whole month to get to know Ruchti and her books. I hope you will join me!
Pray for America
I joined a few friends in writing a collaborative post on praying for our country. Don’t just stop by and read mine. There are 6 other great posts: praying for our country, teaching our children to pray for our leaders, and more. Read them all!
Myths about Military Spouses
Martinsburg College asked me to write a piece addressing myths about the Military Spouse and to set the record straight. *sponsored post*
